How long does customization take?
Customized and personalized products are generally completed and dispatched within 1–2 weeks of purchase. Shipping time is additional.
Can you customize a strap for any bag?
We can customize straps for most bags. We offer a wide range of leather options—not only classic leathers, but also exotic leathers such as crocodile and ostrich. You may select the leather type, color, hardware finish, width, and length to complement your bag as closely as possible.
If your bag model or preferred leather is not listed on our website, please contact us with the bag’s brand, model, size, preferred strap specifications, and clear photos. Our team will review your request and confirm the available customization options.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is the return policy?
14-Day Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Be in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging, when applicable

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All customized and personalized products are made specifically for you and are therefore final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Non-customized products may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
When will I get my order?
In-stock orders are generally dispatched within 72 hours of purchase. Customized or personalized products are made to order and are generally dispatched within 7 business days.
Once dispatched, your order is expected to arrive within 6–9 business days via express shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer express shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Orders of $169 or more qualify for free express shipping.
- Orders under $169 are charged a $29 express shipping fee.
